Customer Protection Policy

Customer Protection has always been our top priority along with customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing quality products and quality services. We have done few things to make sure our customers are always protected:

Quality Control:

  • We only provide products directly from the manufacturer or authorized seller. This excludes customized items or any items that our customers explicitly want us to fulfill.
  • We perform 100% visual inspection of all products before supplying them to our customers.
  • There is no third party involved between our customers and us. We directly fulfill all orders.
  • All damaged products are scrapped or returned to the manufacturer or supplier.

No Return or Exchange Policy on certain items:

Certain items are not eligible for a return or exchange because there is no means to re-verify the authenticity of the returned products. It is almost impossible to check if the returned products have been compromised in any way. This policy ensures that every product under the product types listed below is new and fresh. This is not about not trusting our customers. This is about making sure you can always have peace of mind whenever you shop with us. Here is the list of product types that cannot be returned.
