1) Is your business registered in Nepal?

2) Where is your Service Center/Store?
Our Service Center/Store is located at Chhaya Center in Thamel, Kathmandu. Our store number is 332.
3) What is the estimated delivery timeframe of my order?
Our estimated delivery timeframe is between 10 – 15 days after receiving your product in our USA warehouse. Products in stock are delivered within 24 hours within the Kathmandu Valley. For delivery outside of the Kathmandu Valley, it may take an extra 3 - 5 days in both scenarios.

- You can also visit our store during our operating hours (Mon-Sat: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), and place an order from there.
5) Do I have to pay in full in advance to place an order?
- No, you do not have to pay in full in advance to place an order. You can choose to pay only a 'Minimum Deposit' which is usually 5% of the order amount to place an order. You can always pay the remaining amount before or upon delivery.
- If you choose to pay in full during order placement, you may receive a discount.
6) How can I cancel my order?

7) What does a ‘Minimum Deposit’ mean?
This is the minimum amount you must pay to complete your order. This is usually around 5% of the total order value. For customized orders, the minimum deposit is 20% of the total order value and the order is non-cancellable after 24 hours of order placement.
8) What does a ‘Pay in Full’ mean'?
Pay in Full is the discounted amount that you pay to complete your order. This must be paid at the time you place an order to be eligible for a discount. When you use this option to pay for your order, you will never pay its full price. The discount amount depends on the product type, and the discounted amount is shown on each product page. Pay in Full discount is not applicable for items already on sale.
9) Where do your products come from?
All products come from the USA. We get your desired product directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. The only time we get our products from another country is if the manufacturer is in another country, and there is no authorized distributor in the USA.
10) Why are some of the product prices on your website much lower than what I find on other sellers’ websites?
Our pricing strategy is value-based and we believe customers should only pay the appropriate amount. We are here to provide you quality products at a reasonable price.
11) Do you have return policies?

12) Do you have an office in the USA?
Yes, our offices are located in the state of California and Delaware.
13) Can I pay 'Cash-on-Delivery’?
Yes, Cash-on-Delivery is available after paying the minimum deposit on most of the products. If Cash-on-Delivery is not available on certain products then it will be clearly mentioned within the product details.
