Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within its specified return date as specified in the Return & Exchange Policy. Different products have different return and exchange eligibility. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. If the product has a No Return Policy then you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your returned product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank account or credit card statement. All other forms of payments will be refunded within 5 business days. Customers will also have an option to receive a credit for future purchases instead of receiving a refund.
