Return & Exchange Policy

We have a free, easy, and no-hassle return policy on all returnable items. We can assist you with the return process in multiple ways:

Please call us at our toll-free number or mobile phone number, and we will promptly assist you with your return or exchange.

4. Online Return

This feature will be added to our website very soon.

Very Important Note:

  • All items are inspected at the service center before the customer picks up the order or is delivered to their home to ensure damaged products are not handed to our customers. 100% refund is provided on all items damaged during a home delivery.
  • Purchase Receipt must be shown for all items. Items without a receipt cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original packaging boxes should not be altered, taped, painted, or damaged in any way.

 

A. Clothing, Shoes, Watches, Sunglasses, and Fashion Apparels:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the pickup or delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Items must be in their original box (for eg. Shoes, Electronics, Cosmetic Products, etc.)
  • Defective items from our customers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items without tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final sale products are not eligible for return & exchange.

 

B. Beauty Products, Health & Fitness Supplements, Essential Oils, and Alcohol & Wine:

  • Not eligible for return or exchange per our Customer Protection Policy.
  • No returns on Cosmetics: Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare products (excludes hair accessories such as dryer, straightener, curling iron, etc.).
  • No returns on Health & Fitness Supplements: Workout supplements, Fish Oil, Wheatgrass Powder, and Multivitamins.

 

C. Electronics:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the pickup or delivery date.
  • All items must have their original packaging.
  • Defective items from our customers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized items under this section cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final sale products are not eligible for return & exchange.

 

D. Designer and Customized Items:

  • Not eligible for return or exchange.

 

E. Health & Fitness (excluding Workout Supplements, Fish Oil, Wheatgrass Powder, and Multivitamins):

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the pickup or delivery date.
  • All items must be in their original packaging.
  • Defective items from our customers cannot be returned or exchanged.
